Job Description
- Plan, review, and supervise civil construction and maintenance projects.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQ, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal teams to ensure project progress and quality.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Verify completed work and prepare project progress reports.
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
- Support preventive maintenance and improvement projects for building structures and civil infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, property management, or high-rise building projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software (MS Project is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and civil construction methods.
- Familiar with Indonesian building regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to work on-site as required.
