Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Drafter in construction or contractor company.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Able to read and prepare architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Familiar with shop drawing, as-built drawing, and revision process.
- Understanding of construction methods and site coordination.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines.
- Able to communicate well with site team and consultants.
- Preferably based in Bali or willing to relocate.
Job Description :
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings based on site conditions.
- Revise drawings according to consultant/client/site instructions.
- Coordinate with Architect, Engineer, QS, and Site Team regarding drawing updates.
- Ensure all drawings are updated and properly documented.
- Support project team with technical drawing requirements.
- Check drawing consistency between architectural, structural, and MEP works.
- Assist in preparing drawing submissions for client approval.
- Maintain drawing files and project documentation properly.
