Job Description
- Manage and oversee daily childcare operations.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate childcare teams.
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of childcare services.
- Monitor team performance and ensure operational standards are maintained.
- Support the development of a professional, responsible, and service-oriented childcare team.
- Maintain excellent communication and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in childcare or childcare management.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experienced in managing childcare teams and daily operations.
- Willing to work in PIK 2, Jabodetabek.
- Professional, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented.
