REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate operations, leasing, and property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle complex tenant issues effectively
- Proficient in relevant software and technology used in property management and tenant relations
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
