We're looking for an exceptional Chief Operations Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence, business growth, and cross-functional execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or managerial leadership role (e.g., General Manager Operations, Head of Division)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Professional English proficiency (fluent in conversation and writing)
- Solid understanding of company business operations
- Willing to work onsite in Surabaya or Jakarta
