Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Marketing Officer. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies and lead our marketing team.
We are looking for a CMO with previous experience in a leadership position, as you will be working as both our marketing and business expert alongside our CEO. If you are capable of improving/ creating a new marketing strategies to help us grow the company, and are also an excellent communicator, we would love to hear from you
Job Description
- Set marketing goals and objectives
- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Determine KPIs for marketing department
- Keep the marketing budget in check
- Creating new business flows, setting KPIs and SOPs to improve company’s operational system
- Work with sales and development and customer success teams
- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
- Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements
- Measuring brand and making improvements related to brand sentiment
- Increasing Marketing ROI
- Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position
- Graduates from reputable university are preferred.
- Experienced in Digital Marketing
- Have a proven track record of increasing web traffic and awareness
- Proven Track record of expanding into new market
- Experienced and Involved in product launching (min.5 product launch/year)
- Hands on experience in moving customers from marketplace to their own channel
- Experienced rebranding from customer segments C and D into segments B and 14.
- Able to Work at Jakarta and Bandung
