We're now entering a new growth phase and are seeking an ambitious Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to help drive and lead our marketing efforts.
Job Summary
We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Chief Marketing Officer to join our leadership team. This is a high-impact, strategic role that will shape the future of XETUP’s brand and growth trajectory. You will be responsible for building the marketing strategy from the ground up, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and positioning XETUP as a leader in the digital solutions space.
Note: This is a founding leadership role. While we maybe not offering a fixed monthly salary, this role comes with an opportunity for equity ownership, profit-sharing, and other future benefits as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team (eventually).
- Oversee branding, digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition efforts.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and other departments to align on product and sales strategies.
- Drive content marketing, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data.
- Represent XETUP externally in networking and branding events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing position, preferably within tech or startup environments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and data-driven marketing.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and team collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth-oriented mindset.
