Job description for Chief Marketing Officer (Giám Đốc Marketing) at X3english Limited Company
- About product: GOGA (updated version of EngBreaking) is a language learning app, where you can enjoy a gamified English learning experience.

- Working address: The Light Building, To Huu, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi
- Working time: 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Saturday morning (Saturday morning working online)
- Salary: Upto 2500$ (Negotiate)
- Plan & develop right strategies for Marketing department in both long and short term to ensure the company’s sales and brand positioning goals, including brand management and performance marketing.
- Focus on developing marketing strategy for main products (EngBreaking, GOGA…) at local and foreign markets (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia)
- Plan and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for Marketing department
- Implement multi-channel marketing plans to continuously bring in potential customers. Especially effective online marketing strategies
- Set, monitor and report on Marketing department’s OKR
- Analyze and evaluate reports of marketing activities according to the timeline and upon request
- Regularly collect feedback from the market, analyze market research reports, customer behavior, sales goals… to capture growth opportunities, identify possible risks affecting market share and sales
- Responsible for planning training, development and expansion of the company’s marketing staffs
- Coordinate with Sales department to increase brand awareness
- Build an effective partner and agency network
- Responsible for all marketing operations before the Board of Director.
- Prefer 30-38 years old, BA/BS degree in Marketing, related degree or equivalent work experience.
- MUST have 2+ years of experience at the same position. Experience in education, technology, ecommerce, game, digital marketing agencies or big firms is preferred
- Fluent at English
- Strong in planning strategy in all aspects of marketing and team management (around 40 members)
- Strong performance marketing strategies and tactics
- Strong analytical skills and data driven
- Have creative and breakthrough thinking. Familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methods in marketing
- Excellent communication skills
