Job description for CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER at GOODFOOD

A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of their company. They are often in charge of tracking cash flow, analyzing strengths/weaknesses in the company’s finances and overseeing all aspects of its financial success.
· Job Description
-  Drive the company’s financial planning
-  Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
-  Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
·  Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or relevant field
- 5 years experiences CFO/ finance officer or relevant role
- Previously worked in stock management and debt management
- Proficient in MS Office and financial management software (e.g. ERP/SAP/Oracle Netsuite)
- English for work
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proven experience as a CFO, lead officer or related role
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance law and implementation of risk management
- Excellent knowledge of parsing methods and data forecasting
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organization skills
- Communication skills and excellent people
- Analyze first, get comfortable with numbers
