We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Chief Finance & Accounting to manage the company’s financial operations, accounting systems, inventory reporting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, excellent data processing skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all accounting and finance activities
- Handle journal entries, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Monitor company cash flow, expenses, and budgeting
- Manage sales reports, inventory stock reports, and operational financial data
- Manage inventory movement including incoming stock, outgoing stock, returned goods, and refurbish stock tracking
- Monitor and reconcile stock data accuracy between warehouse, sales, and accounting records
- Track returned products, damaged goods, refurbish status, and inventory adjustments
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and accounting records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Create and maintain financial spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports
- Coordinate with operational and sales teams regarding stock movement and reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in Finance & Accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is mandatory
Able to use:
- VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
- Pivot Table
- SUMIF / COUNTIF
- IF Formula
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Experienced in processing large amounts of data
- Experienced in inventory, stock control, and product return management
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
- Able to work independently and lead a team
- Familiar with accounting software and ERP systems is preferred
