1. Pendidikan Minima S1 jurusan Teknik Informatika atau sejenis

2. Pengalamanan minimal 10 tahun dalam kepemimpinan di industry teknologi atau digital.

3. Beperngalaman dalam membangun bisnis digital yang sukses dan profitable

4. Pemahaman yang kuat terhadap strategi pemasaran digital dan teknologi terkini.

5. Kemampuan leadership yang kuat untuk nurturing people dan membangun budaya kerja yang kolaboratif.

6. Berorientasi pada pertumbuhan bisnis dan memiliki kemampuan organisasi yang baik.
