CHIEF ENGINEERING
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within commercial properties.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and energy management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in building automation systems.
