Kualifikasi:

Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Sipil, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Chief Engineer, atau posisi serupa.
Berpengalaman menangani gedung retail, mall, commercial building, hotel, office building, atau mixed-use property.
Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim engineering dan teknisi gedung.
Memiliki pengalaman dalam preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, dan handling emergency building system.
Memiliki sertifikasi K3, kelistrikan, HVAC, atau fire safety menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki pengalaman di retail/mall operation lebih disukai.
Bersedia standby saat emergency dan di luar jam kerja apabila diperlukan.
