Chief Accountant
Coco Development Group – Bali
Coco Development Group is a fast-growing property development and hospitality company in Bali. We are looking for a hands-on Chief Accountant to oversee accounting operations across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
Ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures.
Coordinate audits and work with external consultants.
Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Travel between company locations across Bali when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
Experience in property, construction, hospitality, or multi-unit businesses is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Accurate, Xero, SAP, or similar).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills.
Highly mobile and comfortable working across multiple locations in Bali.
