Chief Accounting
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance activities of the company. Ensures accurate financial records, maintains internal controls, and supports management with financial analysis and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting and finance operations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and government authorities.
Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
