Job description for Chief Accounting at Grow FnB Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily accounting and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external tax consultants.
- Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions.
- Develop and improve accounting SOPs and internal controls.
- Lead and supervise the accounting team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Senior Accountant or Chief
- Accounting, preferably in F&B, restaurant, or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Placement in Ungasan, Bali.
