Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Chief Accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting princip and tax regulations
- Experience with financial reporting and audit processes
- Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate systems preferred)
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to develop and implement financial policies
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including bookkeeping, tax, and financial reporting
- Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws
- Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets
- Lead the accounting team and coordinate with external auditors
- Analyze financial data to support business decisions
- Optimize accounting processes and systems
