KUALIFIKASI :

- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Kimia / Kimia / bidang terkait

- Memahami chemical process dan penggunaan bahan kimia dalam proses produksi sepatu

- Memahami adhesive, primer, solvent, PU/rubber menjadi nilai tambah

- Mampu melakukan troubleshooting dan improvement proses chemical

- Memahami SDS, chemical handling & safety

- Mampu melakukan analisa kualitas dan pengujian chemical

- Mampu bekerja sama dengan Production, QC, R&D dan HSE

- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office

- Teliti, analitis, komunikatif dan mampu bekerja di lingkungan manufaktur

- Pengalaman di industri sepatu/manufaktur menjadi nilai tambah

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :

- Mengontrol dan memastikan proses penggunaan chemical sesuai standar produksi.

- Melakukan trial, testing, dan improvement terhadap adhesive, primer, solvent, PU/rubber, dan chemical terkait.

- Melakukan troubleshooting jika terjadi masalah pada proses atau hasil bonding.

- Memantau kualitas dan konsistensi chemical yang digunakan dalam produksi.

- Menyusun dan memastikan parameter/process standard penggunaan chemical.

- Melakukan analisa penyebab masalah dan tindakan perbaikan terkait chemical.

- Berkoordinasi dengan Production, QC, R&D, dan HSE terkait proses chemical.

- Memastikan penggunaan, penyimpanan, dan handling chemical sesuai SDS dan standar keselamatan.

- Membuat laporan hasil trial, testing, improvement, dan troubleshooting.

- Mendukung proses audit dan pemenuhan standar customer terkait chemical.
