As the Chef at Tre Vietnam Bali, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our menu. Key responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of dishes, ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection, and adhering to health and safety standards. You will also collaborate with other chefs to develop new recipes, ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently, and maintain cleanliness and organization. Your ability to manage inventory, order supplies, and prepare detailed reports will be crucial in supporting the kitchen’s operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for training junior chefs and ensuring that all staff adhere to the restaurant's high standards of food preparation and presentation.
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about their career in culinary arts and possess a passion for creating delicious meals. While we value experience, we welcome applicants who have completed their SMA/SMK education and have between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
