This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef specializing in Indonesia Cuisine. The role is based in Jakarta and involves preparing and overseeing the preparation of Asian-inspired delicacies. Day-to-day tasks include menu planning, food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff. 

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Culinary Arts or related field

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a chef, preferably with a focus on Asian cuisine

Experience in a fine dining restaurant is an added advantage

Excellent knowledge of various Asian cuisines, including Indonesian cuisine

Experience with menu planning, kitchen management, and supervising kitchen staff

Excellent knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling standards

Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new cooking techniques and recipe changes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
