About us
The Green Collective is an all-organic wellness concept in Pererenan, Bali. Sister brand to Franz with Benefits. We produce cold-pressed juices, infused water, chia puddings, overnight oats, protein bars, and granola — all housemade, no shortcuts.
The role
You lead production for The Green Collective in our Pererenan kitchen. You own recipes, quality, food safety, and daily output. A kitchen helper supports you. You report to the Operations Manager.
What you'll do
→ Run daily production: juices, infused water, chia, oats, protein bars, granola
→ Keep recipes consistent — every batch tastes the same
→ Work alongside your kitchen helper — guide, train, set the standard
→ Maintain food safety, hygiene, inventory
Who you are
→ 3-5 years experience as a chef or sous chef, ideally in wellness or healthy F&B
→ Solid with organic ingredients, juicing, small-batch production
→ Detail-oriented, calm under pressure
→ English working proficiency, Bahasa fluent
→ Nutrition or food science background is a plus
Education
SMA/SMK minimum. Associate Degree or higher in Culinary, Nutrition, or Food Science preferred. Experience weighs more than formal education.
