The Chef De Parties will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing daily kitchen operations, managing inventory and supplies, supervising junior kitchen staff, and collaborating with the head chef to create menus and special dishes. Candidates must hold an Associate Degree and have between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
