Qualification :
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
Qualification :
- Professional culinary certifications (e.g., Food Safety, HACCP) are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef position.
- Experience in fusion cuisine (e.g., combining Asian & Western dishes) is highly preferred.
- Ability to create innovative and well-balanced fusion menus.
- Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate kitchen staff.
- Ability to schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and conduct team training.
- Excellent communication and coordination with FOH and management.
- Open-minded and flexible in adapting to customer preferences and seasonal menus.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Reliable, responsible, and quality-oriented.
