Position: Chef de Partie
Lokasi: Be Tu Na Denpasar
Be Tu Na is looking for an experienced and responsible Chef de Partie (CDP) to support daily kitchen operations, lead the kitchen team, and ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar position.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Able to lead, supervise, and train junior kitchen team members.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Responsible for daily stock checking and inventory control.
- Able to monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
- Experienced in preparing and coordinating ingredient orders.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and handling of kitchen ingredients.
- Able to maintain accurate inventory and minimize food waste.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs are consistently followed.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Domiciled in Bali is preferred
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the kitchen team, monitor daily kitchen operations, conduct stock checks, manage ingredient ordering and inventory, and ensure food quality, hygiene, and company standards are maintained.
