Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal SMA / MA / SMK Sederajat.
Memiliki pengetahuan tentang masakan Asia, khususnya masakan kopi tiam, dan kemampuan inovasi menu.
Mampu memimpin dan mengawasi tim dapur serta berkomunikasi dengan baik.
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan menjaga standar kebersihan serta keamanan makanan.
