Chef de Partie Qualifications :
- Male/Female, maximum 40 years old
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Chef de Partie in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Able to manage kitchen sections efficiently and maintain food quality standards
- Experienced in handling food hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Good leadership and teamwork skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Domiciled in Jakarta and surrounding areas
Chef de Partie Job Description:
- Prepare and cook food according to company standards and recipes
- Manage and supervise assigned kitchen section
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained
- Monitor stock availability and assist in inventory control
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Train and support junior kitchen staff when needed
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure all food preparation complies with safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
