Job description for Chef De Partie at PT Khao Trad Hospitality

Asian Pantry is located in SANUR, Bali on Jalan Matahari Terbit near the busy harbour port for the boats heading to Lembongan & Penida.

We are very busy in the mornings, open 6am.

We are looking for a Chef De Partie

Position requirements

- Experienced Cooking Skills in Asian cuisine and Western breakfasts

- Be able to work in a busy kitchen in small spaces

- Maintain excellent cleanliness & hygiene

- Experienced in daily operations of inventory, stock, purchasing, receiving.

- Responsible during shift

- Creative plating and food presentation
