Kualifikasi:

• Usia maksimal 38 tahun

• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di restoran atau hotel, khusus di bidang Western Food

• Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim

• Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat (strong leadership)

• Memiliki passion di bidang F&B, disiplin tinggi, dan kemauan belajar yang besar

• Menguasai standarisasi kualitas bahan makanan

• Memahami SOP Food Safety dan Food Handling
