RESTO MASAKAN KHAS BATAK (NON HALAL)
- Mempersiapkan menu dan bahan baku, serta peralatan yang di butuhkan.
- Memasak dan menyajikan menu.
- Mengatur dan mengajari koki lain dalam bekerja.
- Mendampingi kepala koki dalam pengembangan menu baru.
- Mengajarkan standar tinggi dalam hal kebersihan dan mematuhi aturan di dapur.
- Memantau persediaan bahan masakan dan mengontrol sampah dapur.
