Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar position specializing in Japanese Cuisine / Teppanyaki
  • Strong knowledge of Teppanyaki cooking techniques, Japanese cuisine, and food presentation
  • Able to prepare and maintain consistent food quality in accordance with company standards
  • Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
  • Creative, disciplined, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and able to work under presure
