Pendidikan minimal SMK Tata Boga atau jurusan terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di posisi yang sama atau sebagai Demi Chef.
Memiliki pengalaman di hotel atau restoran, diutamakan hotel bintang 5
Memahami standar kebersihan, food safety, dan HACCP.
Mampu mengelola operasional kitchen section serta memastikan kualitas makanan.
Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, termasuk hari libur nasional.
