Job description for Chef de Partie (CDP) at Body Craft Elements
We are expanding our team, and we are looking for new team member who would love to learn and being motivated to increase their qualification on Hospitality area. At the moment we are seeking staff with the following position : CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP)
Responsibilities:
● Prepare and cook menu items as per standard recipes
● Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area (good knowledge in HACCP)
● Handle and creat menu, and work on COGS for the menu
● Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
● Monitor food stock and manage kitchen inventory
Requirements:
● Experienced as a CDP (min. 1–2 years), preferably in healthy food and/or gym and wellness spot
● Understand about food nutrition (healthy food)
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment
● Good attitude, discipline, and team player
● Willing to work shifts and weekends
● Speak English, reside in Bali and ready to join (Workplace in Canggu)
