Kualifikasi:

* Pria / Wanita

* Pendidikan minimal SMK, jurusan Tata Boga lebih disukai

* Memiliki pengalaman sebagai CDP / Senior Cook, khususnya di restoran steak, grill, atau hotel

* Memahami teknik pengolahan dan pemasakan steak serta berbagai jenis daging

* Memahami tingkat kematangan steak dan mampu menjaga konsistensi kualitas hidangan

* Terbiasa bekerja dengan high-volume kitchen dan mampu menangani pesanan dalam jumlah banyak

* Mampu menyiapkan dan menyajikan berbagai menu sesuai standar resep dan plating

* Memahami food safety, hygiene, dan kitchen sanitation

* Mampu bekerja secara cepat, teliti, dan menjaga kualitas di bawah tekanan

* Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift
