Job description for Chef de Cuisine at PT Pracima Boga Sana
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Proficient in French cooking techniques
- Knowledgeable about food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Understanding of food cost, budgeting, purchasing, and raw material cost control
- Strong leadership skills to guide and manage kitchen teams
- Ability to work unser pressure and resolve operational issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of developing new menus that align with the restaurant's concept and culinary trends
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekend and holidays
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards
- Maximum age of 42 years
Experience Required:
- Graduated from a culinary, hospitality, or restaurant management program (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working in renowned restaurants, star-rated hotels, or fine dining establishments is a plus.
