Chef / Cook - Chinese Rest (Fang Yuan Resto)

PT Star Skykom Indonesia is expanding its business into the F&B industry with a new Chinese restaurant located in the Ruko Central Park area, Jakarta.

The restaurant is currently preparing for its opening in October 2026 and is looking for passionate team members to join our Opening Team.

Requirements ;

1. Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
2. Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related educational background is preferred.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Cook.
4. Experience in Chinese cuisine or Chinese restaurants is preferred.
5. Able to prepare and cook Chinese dishes independently.
6. Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.
7. Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
8. Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
9. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
10. Willing to join the restaurant opening preparation and training period.

Responsibilities ;

1. Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
2. Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
3. Prepare ingredients, sauces, seasonings, and cooking equipment before service.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.
5. Monitor ingredient usage and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
6. Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety procedures.
7. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
8. Assist with menu preparation, food testing, and kitchen setup for the restaurant opening.
9. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Restaurant Manager.

Working Schedule

🕙 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

🗓 6 working days + 1 day off

Shift arrangement will be determined by the Restaurant Manager.
