Job description for CHECKER Gudang Online / STOKIEST (Omnichanel) at PT. Indonesia Premium Goods

Job Responsibilities

Mengelola dan memperbarui data stok barang masuk & keluar.
Melakukan stock opname dan mencocokkan stok fisik dengan data sistem omichannel.
Memproses dan memantau order e-commerce, termasuk picking & packing.
Melakukan pengecekan dan rekonsiliasi stok untuk memastikan akurasi inventory.
Melakukan update/adjustment stok pada sistem inventory/omnichannel.
Memantau ketersediaan stok dan kebutuhan restock, terutama untuk produk fast-moving.
Menangani dan merekap barang retur serta memastikan stok kembali tercatat dengan tepat.
Memantau stok near expiry, kemasan lama, dan stock B untuk kebutuhan free gift/flash sale.
Membuat rekap & laporan inventory secara berkala.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim Warehouse, Admin, Picking/Packing, dan Marketing.

Qualifications

Memiliki pengalaman di Inventory Control, Warehouse, E-commerce, Fulfillment, atau posisi sejenis.
Memahami proses stock opname, stock reconciliation, stock movement, dan inventory control.
Terbiasa menangani picking, packing, order fulfillment, dan/atau barang retur.
Memahami operasional marketplace/e-commerce seperti Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, atau lainnya.
Familiar dengan sistem inventory, WMS, ERP, atau Omnichannel menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki kemampuan Excel/Google Sheets untuk pengolahan dan monitoring data.
Mampu membaca dan menganalisis data stok serta melakukan pengecekan selisih inventory.
Teliti, detail, cekatan, dan bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola data maupun barang.
Mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim dan bekerja dalam lingkungan operasional yang dinamis.
