Qualification :
- Bachelor degree any major
- At least 3 years experience in sales of with at least 1 years in Channel Development or Trade Marketing, specialization experience in a fast moving consumer goods ( FMCG ) organization.
- Experience in B2B business especially in Fat & Palm Oil business will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excell, Word, Power Point.
- Conceptual, Creative & Innovative in creating effective program activity.
- Can work independently & collaborate with the team.
Job Description :
- Channel program development , together with sales team create activity program base on channel need.
- Market intellegent, such as Trade Competitor activity, Pricing Program, etc.
- Monitoring All AP cost in Channel & Sales Team.
- Program monitoring & evaluation.
- Make sure all program claaim from Distributor in line with Mechanisms.
