- Melakukan perekrutan AXI (Agen Maxi) sebagai mitra penjualan produk Adira

- ⁠Memberikan pembinaan dan training kepada AXI guna meningkatkan produktivitas

- ⁠Mengadakan serta mengoordinasikan pertemuan rutin dengan AXI/mentor/agen/channel Adira

- Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan activity plan bersama Regional Sales Manager dan SO Channel
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sales di bidang keuangan/leasing minimal 2tahun
