Job description for CFD Engineer at PT NPS PEMUDA BERDIKARISMA
We are looking for an ambitious talent to join us as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Engineer for a Data Center Migration Project.
Responsibilities
- Creating and running CFD simulations using industry-standard software
- Configuring CFD software for various simulations, including steady-state, unsteady, and transient flow
- Analyzing simulation results using visualization and analysis tools
- Providing CFD input for product design and development, optimizing functionality and performance
- Examining simulation outputs to identify patterns, understand flow dynamics, and assess performance
- Building and maintaining accurate and efficient simulation models, including mesh generation
- Comparing simulation results with experimental data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Working with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, to implement simulation findings
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate simulation findings and recommendations
- Using CFD to address engineering challenges, optimize designs, and identify solutions
- Contributing to the development of new CFD methods and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Language proficiency in English & Bahasa
- Minimum 2 years in the similar position
- Strong understanding of fluid dynamics principles
- Proficiency in CFD software and tools
- Strong programming or scripting skills for pre/post-processing
- Experience with experimental data analysis and validation
- Knowledge of relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, HVAC, chemical engineering)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willing to work on project based
- Flexible to work on-site (Jakarta and Surabaya)
- Able to join immediately
