Job description for CEO Office Associate at Circlegeo
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate cross-functional work between business operations, product & engineering, and sales to keep priorities, timelines, and deliverables on track.
- Run the company's operating cadence: prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items until they are closed.
- Prepare weekly reports for the CEO on project delivery and sales performance.
- Improve and maintain company administration and governance: contracts, SOPs, policies, and document archives.
- Support the sales team's operating rhythm: pipeline reviews, target tracking, and CRM data quality.
- Coordinate with external partners on schedules, documents, and deliverables.
- Handle special projects and analysis assigned by the CEO.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in any field; Industrial Engineering, Management, Business, or related fields are preferred.
- 1–2 years of work experience in operations, project coordination, business analysis, or consulting. Startup or B2B tech experience is a plus.
- Proven leadership in campus organizations or projects, such as leading a division or a major event.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following up with people at all levels.
- Strong written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; able to turn scattered information into clear summaries.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Excel. Familiarity with CRM, project management, or AI tools is a plus.
- Trustworthy with confidential information.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bandung.
