Centre Manager – Chinese Language Education (Batam)

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Chinese Language Centre Manager to lead our

centre operations in Batam. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys

working with students, parents, teachers, and a growing education team.

As our Centre Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the learning environment, developing our

team, strengthening parent relationships, and driving the success of our Chinese language

programmes.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the education centre.

Lead, supervise, and support teachers and administrative staff.

Ensure smooth scheduling of classes, students, and resources.

Build strong relationships with parents and provide excellent customer service.

Monitor student enrolment, retention, and overall satisfaction.

Handle enquiries, student registrations, and centre administration.

Ensure compliance with company policies and education standards.

Plan and execute centre events, marketing initiatives, and student engagement activities.

Prepare operational reports and achieve business performance targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience, preferably in an education, training, or

service environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital administrative systems.

Language Requirement:

Candidates should have strong Mandarin Chinese communication skills (spoken and written) and be

able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia. English proficiency will be considered an added

advantage.
