- Mempunyai konsistensi tinggi dalam pembuatan produk sesuai SOP

- Penempatan Central Production Pondok Ranji

- Bersedia kerja shifting

- Mengoprasikan mesin sesuai dengan SOP agar proses produksi berjalan lancar

- Bertanggung jawab terhadap produksi produk sesuai SOP

- Mengerti dalam memahami standarisasi penggunaan peralatan

- Memastikan semua target produksi terpenuhi
