Job Description:

1. Melakukan monitoring unit yang sedang berjalan dan memastikan unit berjalan sesuai dengan rute yang sudah diberikan.

2. Menangkap informasi mengenai unit accident, delayed, dan atau breakdown secara cepat serta follow up issue ke pihak terlibat.

3. Memberikan informasi kepada team operasional mengenai status unit (truck availability) dalam bentuk status ontrip, idle, dan breakdown.

4. Memberikan informasi kepada team operasional mengenai aktivitas update di setiap lokasi muat, perjalanan dan lokasi bongkar dari unit on trip.

5. Media untuk menerima dan memberikan feedback Voice of Customer terkait informasi, request, dan complaint dari customer.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimal lulusan D3 (jurusan Transportasi/Logistik diutamakan).

2. Minimal pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang terkait & di industri yang linear.

3. Wajib menguasai Excel.

4. Wajib memahami cara membaca GPS untuk pemantauan lokasi truck/unit.

5. Memiliki kemampuan yang baik untuk berkomunikasi dengan driver & customer serta mampu bernegosiasi.

6. Memiliki inisiatif tinggi.

7. Memiliki kapabilitas untuk mencari solusi jika ada kendala dan responsif.

8. Mau bekerja secara shift.
