About the role
As a Daily Worker in our Central Kitchen, you will support the production team in preparing ingredients and products that are supplied to our restaurants. Consistency, hygiene, and accuracy at production scale are the core of this role.
What Will You Do
- Assist in the preparation, portioning, and processing of ingredients and products according to production standards and recipes
- Operate and clean basic production equipment under supervision
- Follow production schedules
- Weigh, measure, pack, label, and store finished products according to SOP (including date labeling and FIFO)
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of the production area, tools, and equipment
- Comply with food safety, HACCP, and personal hygiene standards at all times
- Support receiving, handling, and storage of raw materials, including cold and chilled storage areas
- Report quality issues, shortages, or equipment problems to the supervisor promptly
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely, quality output
Who We Look For
- Willing to work in a shift system (on weekends/public holidays as scheduled)
- Able to work in a high-volume, time-targeted production environment
- Physically able to stand for long periods and work in chilled areas
- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of hygiene, discipline, and responsibility
- Positive attitude and able to work well in a team
- Previous experience in kitchen production, central kitchen, food manufacturing, or F&B is a plus
- Proficient in basic English conversation
Work Details
Arrangement: Daily Worker Agreement
Payment method: monthly, calculated based on working days
Shift: 6 working days, 1 day off (with 7 effective working hours)
