Job Requirements

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (nilai plus jika lulusan tataboga)
Pengalaman di dapur (1-2 Tahun, nilai lebih jika pernah bekerja di central kitchen)
Paham basic kitchen (potong, timbang, dll)
Bisa mengikuti SOP dan standar resep dengan presisi
Mampu bekerja cepat dalam volume besar
Paham menggunakan alat dapur skala besar (nilai plus)

Job Descriptions

Menyiapkan bahan baku sesuai kebutuhan produksi (cutting, weighing, marinating)
Memproses produk sesuai recipe dan SOP yang sudah ditentukan
Melakukan portioning & packing sesuai standar
Menjaga kebersihan area kerja sesuai standar hygiene
Melakukan batch cooking dengan konsisten (rasa, tekstur, porsi)

Penempatan: Pagedangan, BSD Tangerang
