• Oversee and coordinate all administrative operations of the center
• Lead, supervise, and support staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support teams
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement efficient operational systems and workflows
• Monitor student enrolment, attendance, and academic records
• Manage budgets, financial documentation, and procurement of supplies and equipment
• Organize and support events, meetings, and extracurricular activities
