Job Description :
Responsible for the overall management of a Center. Duties encompasses the hiring and training of both local and expatriate staff, running a sales operation and operating the center day-to-day. The Center Manager should follow the regulations and procedures, and work together with EF’s regional support office to implement national level marketing strategies and maintain a high level of customer service. 1. Sales - Supervise the sales team, implement and manage the sales processes, set and achieve sales targets.
2. Marketing - Plan and execute marketing activities to build, maintain and promote the brand in the local market, attract potential customers for visits, sales and re-sales.
3. Operations - Work with the Director of Studies to optimize school operations and to ensure teaching quality and high student satisfaction and retention.
4. Recruiting and Training - Be in charge of staff employment, ensure all staff receive appropriate training and participate in evaluations of both Indonesian and foreign staff.
5. Finance and Accounting - Ensure accounting tasks are carried out effectively and clearly; create annual budget, arrange the payment of reasonable expenses according to budget and approved guidelines
6. Logistics - Ensure that all departments have timely and effective logistics support.
7. Technology and Systems - Make sure IT and computer equipment meets the standard. Ensure that all relevant information is registered in properly in the production system.
8. Center facilities – continuously maintain a safe, clean, functioning and friendly center environment, following the standards set by EF
Requirements:
1. Can be placed either in EF Makassar and/or EF Manado
2. A Positive, Nothing is impossible attitude. Driven and full of energy.
3. Have a passion for sales and service, target and results oriented
4. Entrepreneurial spirit. Sees opportunities.
5. Self-motivated and able to solve business challenges and provide solutions
6. Organized and detail-oriented
7. Minimum 2-5 years’ of experience in Sales management, ideally in the service industry
8. Strong people skills and team leadership/management abilities
9. Experience of working in cross culture environment is a plus
10. Proven ability to analyze and interpret data
11. Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
13. Advanced presentation and reporting skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
