Qualifications:
- Willing to be based and work in Gili Trawangan, Lombok.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a CDP Pastry, preferably in a hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Bakery, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pastry production, bakery products, desserts, cakes, breads, and plated desserts.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, HACCP, and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to maintain consistent product quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Experience in inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO), and minimizing food waste.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and passion for pastry arts.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate junior kitchen team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hotels, island resorts, or international hospitality brands.
- Knowledge of modern pastry trends, artisanal baking, and dessert presentation.
- Experience handling banquet, event, and high-volume production operations.
