Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in a variety of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Prepare food ingredients according to established standards and recipes.
- Cook dishes according to desired standards of taste, texture, and appearance.
- Responsible for the quality of the dishes served.
- Excellent understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards (HACCP), and sanitation regulations.
