Job Overview
Are you detail-oriented, responsible and passionate about providing excellent customer service?
We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Cashier to join our team! You will play an important role in handling daily transactions, assisting customers with payments and ensuring an accurate and efficient checkout process
If you have cashier experience, good English communication skills, and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to have you on board!
What You Will Do
- Process customer orders and payments through the POS system
- Handle cash, card and digital payment transactions accurately
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Communicate effectively with local and international customers
- Ensure accuracy in biling, payment processing and cash handling
- Manage the cash register and maintain daily cash balance
- Prepare daily sales reports and perform cash reconciliation
- Assist customers with payment inquiries and transaction-related issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Coordinate with service and operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow company SOPs and porper cash-handling procedures
What We Are Looking For
- Minimun 1 year of experience working as a Cashier
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical and calculation skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and payment processing
- Honest, trustworthy and detail-oriented
- Responsible and able to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
